During the 15th IMIHO Users Meeting, the following events will take place:
(1) The IMIHO Award Ceremony, for delivery of Awards to recipients.
(2) A Webinar titled as “IMIHO as an online multinational Research Collaboration Platform”. All participating nations are strongly encouraged to provide a briefing with specific proposals in an effort to identify areas of common research. It is strongly that the Research Offices of Hospitals are engaged and propose collaboration projects (for example exchange of COVID-19 info) that will be considered for Group Projects, according to the procedures already established in the “IMIHO Guidance and Framework” document, authorized by the Ministers.
The Coordinators may invite Experts and Audience to participate to the Webinar. Up to 6 connections per nation may be facilitated (more persons may share a connection, with a large monitor or projector/speakers). The Awards Recipients are also invited to the 15th IMIHO Users Meeting.
The Conference Room will be accessible via the IMIHO Portal (www.imiho.org), via an appropriate announcement at the home page, that will provide details instructions on how to access the Meeting room via the IMIHO Portal. However, the links provided below can be used to directly access the rooms, without registration. An access code will be asked as a security measure.

Presenters/Participants are kindly asked to follow the steps, iterated below.
a. Complete online Joining Report form NLT 1 Dec 2021 via the following link:https://www.imiho.org/joinvtc [Action for all participants]
b. Presentation information (Presenter info and title) will be sent to the IMIHO Chairman via e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) NLT 26 Nov 2021. Any presentation document (Powerpoint or PDF format) should be send to the IMIHO Chairman NLT 1 December 2021. [Action for Presenters only]
c. A VTC Testing Session will be performed on 6 Dec 2021, at 11:00 hrs, (Bucharest Time), in order to resolve any technical problems/difficulties that may arise. [Action for all participants]
d. On 7 December 2021, at 10:30 hrs (Bucharest time), 30 Minutes before the 33rd IMIHO Tech WG Meeting, the Conference Room will be opened. The link will be provided to TWG Members directly [Action for TWG Members only]
e. The 33rd IMIHO Tech WG Meeting will start at 1100hrs (Bucharest Time) on 7th December 2021 and is expected to last approximately 1 hour. [Action for TWG Members only]
f. On 7th December 2021, at 10:30 hrs (Bucharest time), 30 Minutes before the 14th IMIHO Users Meeting, the Conference Room will be opened.
g. The 14th IMIHO Users Meeting will start at 1100hrs (Bucharest time) on 8th December 2021 , beginning with the IMIHO Award Ceremony (expected to last approximately 30 minutes). The Webinar will be executed immediately after the Award Ceremony (expected to last approximately 2 hours). [Action for all participants]
